Positive definite matrices from Christian Damhaug, DNV Software.

Originally collected by Nick Gould, Yifan Hu, & Jennifer Scott,
some in unassembled finite-element form (and some in both forms).

(Note: these matrices were previously in the GHS_psdef directory).
